British film research - Bullet boy

Bullet boy

The locations used in bullet boy are flats and houses of the characters and also outside where most of the action/plot discovers. Londoners in this film are portrayed as criminals and thugs. the film is very stereotypical about how young black teenagers are portrayed nowadays. The Londoners are also portrayed as violent due to illegal weapons such as knives and guns which are shown violently towards victims and even their own friends. In bullet boy the attire worn are mainly tracksuits with hoodies. The reason why is because again the stereotype in the real world of teenagers wear hoodies and tracksuit bottoms. this maybe because they can cause mischief in these clothes. The music played in this are mostly grime/ rnb genre of music which relate to the type of music the character listen to. The film is made in and set in Britain. You can tell by how the estates are shown and also through simple dialogue from the characters talking about locations.  I do not think the main audience is British because these types of themes apply everywhere especially in countries like America, Poland and South Americans
